After a long wait in Wilhelmsburg, the stone sculpture of the sculptor Franziska Seifert can finally move to its final destination in Hamm.
Franziska Seifert had already presented her stone for Hamm in the spring of 2016 in an exhibition at the Fabrik der Künste. Since then, there have been a number of administrative procedures to be followed and decisions to be awaited (including finding the location, detecting power lines and obtaining permits). In the meantime, we laid the foundation in May and now the sculpture and benches are to follow.
We will officially inaugurate the sculpture on Friday, 1 September at 12 noon.
